A working AI toolkit for product managers

Product managers keep asking which AI tool they should standardize on. The honest answer is four. Four tools, because the work has four shapes

A single subscription feels tidy, and it quietly costs you. A product manager’s week is at least four different kinds of work. Drafting a document from a messy problem statement is one job. Digesting a pile of interview transcripts is another. Turning a roadmap into a narrative a VP will read is a third, and pulling decisions out of a meeting you half-attended is a fourth. Calling all of that one job named “use AI” is how teams end up with a paid seat nobody opens after week two.

Match the tool to the job

The class stays model-agnostic on purpose. Each tool earns its place through the job in front of it:

Those artifacts outlive any model release, and a prompt that produces a solid opportunity brief in one tool ports to the next with minor edits. Hiring managers can tell the difference. The assessment is the class plus a capstone project submitted the same day. Bring a real backlog item with you. The capstone is due before the class ends, and a generic example produces a generic capstone. A real one hands you a PRD you can ship Monday.
