This page says what the American School of AI collects on this site, why, and who sees it. It covers americanschoolofai.com.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email, topic and message. It goes through Web3Forms, a form service, to our support inbox. We keep it as long as we need to answer you.
• Verify a Credential. The Certificate ID you type in. The page shows the holder’s name, credential, issue date, validity and status for that ID. Nothing else.
• Credential records. Holder name, credential, Certificate ID, class date, training provider and status. Your provider gives us the list of who passed. The marker’s notes are kept as the marking record. We keep credential records for life so a credential can always be checked.
• Server logs. Our host, Kinsta, keeps ordinary logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security.

What we do not do

We set no analytics or advertising cookies. We take no payments on this site. We do not build a marketing list from this site. The Schedule page shows a class list served from another host (Vercel); it lists provider class dates and nothing about you.

Who sees your information

The people at the school who answer mail and issue credentials. The marker who marks your work, who never sees your name or employer. Your training provider, for the class roster. The services named above, for the job named above. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Your choices

Email support@americanschoolofai.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct your name on a record, or to delete your contact messages. A credential record stays while the credential stands, because employers rely on it. You can ask us to withdraw your credential.

Children

This site is for working professionals. It is not aimed at anyone under 18.
