Certified AI Integration Manager
In this AI integration manager certification course, you redesign how work moves between teams, with AI doing the parts it is good at.
Who it is for
What you will do
- Map work that crosses two or more teams
- Decide, step by step, what AI does alone, what AI helps with, and what stays with a person
- Design what happens when the AI gets it wrong: the checks, the fallback, the off switch
- Turn scattered prompts into a shared library the whole program can use
- Set the quality bar, and measure whether any of it actually helped
The two days, module by module
This AI integration manager training is built around the cross-team decisions you will face once you hold this credential. It is a group class, not one-on-one coaching. Of the 720 teaching minutes, 518 are hands-on, spent on your own material. You build the work you hand in as you go, so nothing is left to reconstruct afterward.
-
1
Mapping a flow that crosses teams You map one real flow that crosses at least two teams. 90 min
-
2
Deciding which steps AI handles and which stay with people The seam is the line between what AI does and what people do. 90 min
-
3
Controls for a step AI handles alone This module is about one step you marked automate. 120 min
-
4
Building a shared prompt library You take two prompts you wrote in your starting credential class and turn them into library entries. 90 min
-
5
Setting the quality bar You write what the program will and will not accept from AI, in three short rules, and name the one person who decides a contested case and how long they have. 75 min
-
6
Measuring use and impact separately You build a measurement plan with adoption and impact on two separate tracks. 90 min
-
7
The person who will not use it You work one real refusal you brought with you and sort it: a training problem, a tooling problem or a management problem. 75 min
-
8
Putting together the work you hand in You put together the six parts of the work you hand in, check them against the marking guide with a peer who holds a different starting credential, and strip out anything confidential before you send it. 90 min
How you earn it
Attendance does not earn the credential. Your own work does.
- 1 Attend the live class Two days, live online.
- 2 Hand in your own work Within 14 days of class, built on your own material.
- 3 A marker who did not teach you marks it Against the marking guide you can read before you pay, back inside 10 working days. It can be failed. One free resubmission.
- 4 Your credential, valid for 2 years A printed Certificate ID and a digital badge.
What the marker looks for
Five things the marker checks. Each gets one of three results: Not yet, Pass, Strong. The full marking guide opens below.
What you leave with
What you hold when you pass
Who is this class for?
The Certified AI Integration Manager class is for anyone holding one of the three starting credentials: AI-TF (Scrum Masters and team coaches), AI-PMPO (Product Managers, Product Owners and backlog owners), or AI-PM (project and delivery managers). All three groups attend the same class.
Do I need a starting credential first?
Yes. Any one of the three starting credentials admits you to the Certified AI Integration Manager certification.
Who issues the credential, and who teaches the class?
The American School of AI issues the Certified AI Integration Manager credential and sets the marking standard. Authorized training providers deliver the AI integration manager training live online over two days.
How is it marked?
You submit one piece of work in six fixed parts, built on your own material, within 14 days of the last day of class. A marker who did not teach you, and who never sees your name or employer, checks it against five published criteria and returns a result for each one, with a written reason.
What if I do not pass?
You receive your result and written feedback within 10 working days. You can then revise and resubmit your work once, within 14 days of receiving the result.
What are the six parts of the submission?
Your submission includes a cover note, your prompts, the raw AI output, the final version, a list of what you changed and why, and a note explaining what you kept AI away from.
How can I verify the credential?
You receive your result and written feedback within 10 working days. You can then revise and resubmit your work once, within 14 days of receiving the result.
