How the American School of AI develops its certification standards and protects what its credentials mean.
The certification standards
The American School of AI develops and versions the standard behind each certification it issues. Each standard defines the domains a certified professional is assessed on, and each one publishes a downloadable outline.
AI Powered Project Manager (AI-PM)

How assessment works
Every certification follows the same path: a live class, a capstone project, a review, and a credential you can verify.
Attend the Live Class
One day, eight hours, live online with an instructor. This is where the standard's domains are taught and practiced.
Submit Your Capstone
Assessment is the live class plus a capstone project you submit the same day, applying the standard to real work.
Review and Issuance
Completion is reviewed and the credential is issued the same day by the American School of AI, with a printed Certificate ID.
Two Years of Validity
Credentials are valid for two years from issue. Anyone can confirm a certificate at Verify a Credential.
Independence of certification decisions
The American School of AI develops the certification standards and issues the credentials. Classes are delivered by its authorized training providers, separate from the school that sets the standard. See the current list of providers.
The two roles are kept separate on purpose. Assessment outcomes, credential issuance, and revocation decisions are made by the American School of AI and never by a training provider. A provider teaches to the standard; the school decides who has met it.
This credential is issued by the American School of AI. Training is delivered by our authorized training providers.
