AI-Enabled Project Manager (AI-PM)

A considered return to the craft of project delivery. An eight-hour live certification class for project managers who intend to do this work well for another decade, and who sense that the shape of it is changing. No hype. A single, careful day, delivered live by our authorized training providers, and you leave with a shareable, verifiable badge issued by the American School of AI.

  • An AI-drafted charter and stakeholder map: business need, objectives, success metrics, ready for signoff
  • A Work Breakdown Structure for a live project, with estimates, dependencies and a defensible critical path
  • A living risk register your leadership will trust: impact by probability, owners, mitigations, data-backed buffers
  • An AI-assisted sprint toolkit: backlog hygiene, sprint planning, AI for scrum ceremonies
  • A multi-audience status template: one source of truth for engineering, executives and finance
  • An EVM dashboard and forecasting kit, plus a lessons-learned knowledge base that grows with you
  • A lightweight AI-governance checklist covering bias, hallucination risk and data-handling rules
  • A finished capstone, your prompt cheat-sheet for Monday, and your AI-PM badge

The PM role is being rewritten, one Monday at a time.

AI isn't replacing PMs. It's raising the bar. The ones ahead of the curve aren't reading about it. They've wired it into Monday morning.

One date worth knowing: as of July 9, 2026, the PMP exam tests AI-enabled project management. The profession's own benchmark now assumes the skills this day teaches.

Hours back on the work that drains your week. Status decks, meeting notes, risk write-ups, retro prep: the reporting tax drops from hours to minutes, and the output is sharper.

Leaders are pushing AI into delivery faster than PMs can keep up. PMI's Pulse of the Profession finds 82% of senior leaders driving AI into project workflows, while only about one in five project professionals reports solid practical AI skill. That gap is the opening.

A credential that proves it on paper. The AI-PM badge, issued by the American School of AI, gives hiring managers a concrete signal that you can lead AI-enabled delivery.

One day. No quitting your job. Eight hours, live, with artifacts you can use at work the following Monday. No "twelve-week journey." Just the signal.

Nine modules. Each one ships something.

Live, instructor-led, using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot. Every module ends with a prompt pack, a template set and a real artifact you keep. No slides you'll never open again.

Contact Us
Who is the AI-PM certification for?

Project managers, program managers, delivery leads, scrum masters and PMO folks who own delivery outcomes and want to lead AI-enabled work. No prior AI experience required.

Who issues the AI-PM certification?

This credential is issued by the American School of AI. Training is delivered by our authorized training providers. Every certificate carries a printed Certificate ID.

What is the format?

One live day: eight hours, nine modules, instructor-led. Weekend and weekday classes across time zones. If you miss the class you move to a future date; sessions are not recorded.

What do I take home?

Nine artifacts, one per module: an AI-readiness audit, a charter and stakeholder map, a Work Breakdown Structure, a risk register, a sprint toolkit, a multi-audience status template, an EVM dashboard and forecasting kit, an AI-governance checklist, and your finished capstone. Every module also ends with a prompt pack and template set, and you can move to a future date if you miss the class. Complete the day and submit your capstone, and the AI-PM certificate and digital badge are issued the same day.

Do I need paid AI tools?

No. Free tiers of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are enough to complete every lab. Paid tiers offer a richer experience but are optional. You won’t walk out locked to one vendor; you’ll walk out knowing which tool to pull for which job.

How do employers verify it?

Anyone can look up a credential on the Verify a Credential page using the Certificate ID printed on the certificate. The credential also comes with a shareable digital badge for LinkedIn and your signature.

How long is it valid?

The AI-PM credential is valid for one year from the issue date printed on the certificate. For questions about what happens after that, contact the training provider that ran your class.

Does AI-PM replace the PMP?

No. It complements the PMP rather than replacing it. As of July 9, 2026, the PMP exam itself tests AI-enabled project management, and that is the skill set this class teaches.

Do you offer group or enterprise pricing?

Classes are delivered and priced by Authorized Training Providers, so group arrangements go through the training provider. Reach the training provider through the Find a Course page to ask about seats for a team.

What if the class isn't right for me?

Enrollment, transfers and refunds are handled by the training provider that runs your class, so contact them directly. The American School of AI issues and verifies the credential itself.
